Good Parts Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Good Parts, provided by Feeling Mindful Labs LLC (“Feeling Mindful Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). “Good Parts” means the Good Parts mobile app, the goodparts.ai website including the web checkout and account pages, and the Good Parts integration for ChatGPT. Please read them carefully.

Use of the App

Good Parts is a voice journaling app informed by the Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework. It is provided for personal reflection and self-development. By accessing or using Good Parts, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Good Parts Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the app.

Accounts

Some Good Parts features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Not Therapy or Medical Care

Good Parts is a wellness and self-reflection tool. It is not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for professional mental health treatment, and Feeling Mindful Labs is not a healthcare provider. IFS-inspired content and AI-generated reflections are for educational and personal-growth purposes only.

AI Features

Good Parts offers opt-in AI features, including transcription of your voice entries and analysis of your journal text. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misattributed. It is provided for reflection and informational purposes only — treat it as a starting point for your own reflection, and do not rely on it as fact or as professional advice of any kind. You can disable AI analysis in the app’s privacy settings.

Your Content

Your journal entries, recordings, transcripts, parts data, and other personal content you create in Good Parts belong to you. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process them solely to provide the app’s features (such as sync, backup, and AI analysis you have enabled). We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for advertising. You can export your data from Settings and delete your account at any time. See the Good Parts Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

ChatGPT Integration

You may optionally connect an existing Good Parts account to ChatGPT. ChatGPT can request the Good Parts data and actions described in the Good Parts Privacy Policy only after you authorize the connection. Saving a reflection or resolving a prompt requires your explicit confirmation. You can disconnect Good Parts from ChatGPT settings at any time.

The ChatGPT integration is available only to accounts with an existing GoodParts Pro entitlement. It may explain when access is unavailable, but it does not sell, upgrade, or initiate a subscription inside ChatGPT.

Subscriptions

Some features require a GoodParts Pro subscription, and Good Parts may offer other in-app purchases. Billing may be handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat Web Billing and its payment processor under their respective terms; we do not receive or store your payment card details.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription through the channel where you purchased it — deleting the app does not cancel it.
• Refund requests are handled by the applicable purchase channel under its refund policies.
• Prices may change; we will provide notice as required by the applicable purchase channel before any change takes effect.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Good Parts in violation of any applicable law
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Good Parts except as permitted by law
• Interfere with or disrupt Good Parts, its infrastructure, or other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Good Parts without our written permission

Intellectual Property

The Good Parts app, including its design, code, branding, and content we create, is owned by Feeling Mindful Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your journal content belongs to you.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Good Parts on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and, where you obtained the app through an app store, that store’s rules.

Third-Party Services

Good Parts relies on third-party providers (hosting, authentication, AI processing, subscription management) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

GOOD PARTS IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT GOOD PARTS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEELING MINDFUL LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF GOOD PARTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feeling Mindful Labs LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of Good Parts.

Termination

You may stop using Good Parts and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue Good Parts. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Your Content, Intellectual Property, Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification — will survive.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at legal@feelingmindful.com. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post updates here and revise the “Last updated” date; for material changes we will provide additional notice through Good Parts or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
